How are you supporting sustainable art?
I keep a lower materials footprint in a couple ways. I recycle clay when I can, so that no scraps go to waste. I use recycled materials for all packaging donated from local businesses as well! You may receive (and reuse yourself) anything from a variety of paper bags, bubble wrap, and boxes that do the job just as well as new materials. I will never use Amazon, and source what I use from local businesses such as Clay Arts Center of Tacoma, Wa.
Is local pick up available?
Absolutely! Please specify your preference, and I will reimburse you for shipping. Delivery can be coordinated as well if you are in the Seattle area.
What about returns/exchanges?
I offer exchanges and returns within 30 days. I do not cover additional shipping. For custom orders there are no returns, but I will do my best to work with you to try to accommodate your needs if something isn’t right.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
That’s not what is supposed to happen! I am so sorry if this does occur, though it is unlikely with the amount of wrapping used. Please email me photos within 48 hours of receiving your piece(s), and we can figure out the best remedy to the situation.
What is the typical turn around time?
For all ready to ship pieces, the turn around time is 1-3 business days. Custom orders, or back ordered pieces tend to take 1-2 weeks. I will let you know if there are any delays beyond that. If you would like an order expedited, let’s be in communication about it.
